Hotel Plumm - Yokohama (Kanagawa)

Nice hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. I remember the staff assisting me with a taxi on my first visit. Highly recommend giving it a try! I'm coming back for a business trip.

the location was stunning there, anywhere in the tokyo area. we could drink something at yokohamatorisuba, located 1 km away. the room was newly remodelled with comfortable bed included. cafe was perfect for breakfast.

We got a room with a bath. The location was UNBEATABLE, really close to Yokohama Station and happening neighborhood, the attached restaurant, and the Main Attractions.

Welcoming staff provided excellent service throughout my visit, and I appreciated the availability of amenities like microwaves and vending machines. The washing facilities are convenient for longer stays, and the public bath was a relaxing spot after a day of exploring. Note that the internet connection was a bit unreliable.

The units are recently renovated with comfortable bed. Good breakfast is served in the cafe.

Well priced hotel and private parking, comfy location in the cafe downstairs-Tobago Cafe. A nice size rooms with the bathroom and comfortable bed, as example, and attentive personnel. Outstanding meal at authentic restaurant. Good service throughout. Everything perfect.

I loved the modern vibe of the lobby and found the amenities like free bottled water and Shiseido shampoo in the room to be good bonuses. The location was perfect for easy access to both the train station and various dining options.

The roads around the hotel can be a challenge to navigate at night!!! The bathrooms need some serious modernization, and while they have basic amenities, the cleanliness left something to be desired.

Showering was a bit challenging without feeling squished. I loved the little public bath in the basement. It made for a nice relaxing treat after a long day. Breakfast was a highlight every morning with a solid selection, especially the corn soup and salad. Staff at the front desk communicated easily, great since I only speak English. I encountered a confusing moment with my check-in payment, but the value made up for it. Would definitely choose this hotel again for the convenience and good breakfast, despite the compact room size.
